Community leader/facilitator needed

Ecstasy Realty will be developing a themed sim within the next 2 to 3 months, which will require a full time community leader/facilitator. "Full time" means a person who comes online into Second Life almost every day for at least 30 minutes each time. If you do not come online regularly, please do not apply.

This person will help establish, build and facilitate ongoing sense of community on this sim. The person needs to have adequate navigation skills, adequate knowledge of Second Life, patience, enthusiasm, and enjoy interacting with a wide range of people in a virtual social context. People who lack patience, tact/diplomacy, and/or who have poor anger management skills need not apply.

Compensation for this position will be a fixed percentage of overall rent, paid monthly. An alternative to this compensation plan is for the applicant to be given totally free rent on the sim for a 4096 square meter parcel.
