House builder needed

I have need of a decent house builder who can build using quality textures and moderate amounts of prims to my desired customization. I have 6 kids so need a larger house for our growing family. Prerrably Victorian or Colonial style. House not needed until end of June so there is time to contract with me and start working on this project. Please send me a notecard with your previous work history and examples of your work. House will need to be at least 2 to 3 stories. First floor containing handicap access for wheelchairs, living room, kitchen, full bath, porch areas, play area, and possibly two bedrooms, 2nd floor 6-8 smaller rooms and two baths, and one play room, third floor private Master suite with full bath and balconies. House needs to be copy/mod/no transfer for my needs.

I am getting my house built by the most wickedly creative and talented woman I know. Her name is Talya Barzane and she is wonderful.
