I am a new yet experienced Terraformer/Landscaper , avaliable most of the time in-world. I can terraform or landscape your sim or property in record time, exactly as you envision it in your head!!

Enough of this easy flat boring sim development! Up with natural surroundings, fantasy, and sci-fi! We want more caverns inside mountains, and rolling hills ponds or lakes....Let's create some dream sims, some havens, and communities!!

DID YOU KNOW?
Your ESTATE TEXTURES can be experimented, played with and changed, you can request sparkly sand, flowers in choice of color or provide me with a picture of something you like and we can MAKE it work for you. You could even have little creatures hiding in your grass!!!
My sim has black marble mountains with striking aqua quartz peaks, my grass has bling in it and so does my pastelly not over the top beach sand....

LANDSCAPING is something I also love to do, I can do any size area with any plants or props or items you have or choose... I can even go shopping with you and look online for pictures of what makes you happy....
I also build WATERFALLS , from large to small, I have a variety of tools to do this with and a huge waterfall I designed and created in the sim called Atlantis Awakening...please stop by and see it...

Elyse Gaspara says "nobody does it better" Guess what? She's right!

My wife and I decided we need to reshape our lands to better suite are vision of paradise. We looked around and saw the work of Elyse and were more then impressed, we were absolutely blown away, incredible, awesome, some of the most creative land work I've seen to date in SL.

Our plot is so small and she works in such mass (whole sims!) we figured she wouldn't give us the time of a day or be ridiculously expensive. We were wrong on both counts. The very day we reached out to her, she showed up, worked the land, made all the little changes we desired, wouldn't leave until we were absolutely happy and the price, very reasonable.

I have personally been to Candy Islands and it stole my breath. The detail, the overall fantasy the visuals of the land projects, the amount of effort put not only into the graphical but the whole concept, literary, historical, it's truly an amazing piece of work.

I could gush further but let me say I whole heartily recommend Elyse Gaspara for all your terraforming needs. She is an artist of the land, turning blah into magic, turning your vision into reality.

i know that some of you are posting questions about land, terraforming, and landscaping. i dont understand why you all dont just ask.. i am in world all the time and even if you dont want to use me, i can still answer questions and help out. I love to make sure new sim owners dont get too lost. it was VERY hard for me in the beginning!!
