I operate one of the largest mainland rental companies in Second Life. If you search Places for NinjaLand you will see I have around 100 parcels available for rent right now and I have about 2.5 sims worth of land rented out. That number has been growing steadily for months.
I'm look for bright, enthusiastic, self motivated agents who can advertise my land, find renters and help them transition into their new homes. In exchange you will earn 10% of all rent that person pays... forever. If you find a renter for me, after the initial contact and sales pitch I will handle all collection of rent payments and so on and simply give you 10% of whatever I am paid.
I have fixed rates for all my parcels. L$210/512sqm and rates are proportional for all parcel sizes. i.e. a 1024 is L$420/week a 2048 is L$840 per week etc. All the details are noted on each of the parcels I have available. That means if you find a single 512sqm renter for me then you will get paid L$21 per week for as long as that person continues to rent. That's not much, but imagine how much you would get if you could fill all those 107 parcels I have available. Or if you could find a renter for one of my larger parcels of upto half a sim. That would be about L$1336/week for just a few hours work up front.
You would not be expected to handle queries or customer support for my renters after they have paid for their first week. You would only be responsible for making sure all initial questions are answered and not too much of my time is wasted early on setting up the renters account and answering questions on how my rental system works so on.
