Hi I have a small estate of 4 Sims, I am looking for some one that spends a lot of time in SL, who may have other interests but can keep my parcels full, which shouldn’t be hard as they are nicely terraformed, also to be able to help sort out problems for tenants when I am not around. And to keep an eye on things when I am away on Holidays. This is really a part time field and will negotiate fees which will most likely be commission based on a pro rata % of occupancy and when tiers are paid. This is open to debate also extra payments for any other duties as and when performed. This might not be a big earner but should make your SL Life comfortable and if successful I may expand the business.
