MANAGER- We are looking for 2 to 3 good people who have skills with scheduling, arranging staff, advertisement, hiring, firing, and TRAINING. you will hire and train all persons needed to run smooth business and teach them the way we do it here at Backstage.
CSR/HOST - Looking for great personalities, humor, "strong taste in today", and the ability to get and keep the party going for the whole event!
DANCER or ESCORT - we are looking for both dancers and escorts at club backstage- dancers will only go topless and for the aesthetics, meaning they will be asked to wear dresses and have beautiful avatars- expected to have a good personality and keep the guests company. Escorting is an optional part of dancing and we allow employees to post a escort board at an additional cost of 500L a month - escorting is done freelance so no cuts are given to business- we also don't provide insurance or support with escorting beyond some minor training and rules.
DJ/live performer - we need you! Do you DJ on second life then you are wanted for an event here at club backstage, we plan to eventually run at least 1 event each day in which we will need a DJ (or Live performer)
We are also looking for the various positions that you could be paid for...
comedian, singer, musician, bartender, waitress, security.
IF YOU NEED A MAKEOVER WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN GETTING ONE (MUST HAVE YOUR OWN LINDENS) BUT YOU MUST LOOK DECENT AND HAVE AN AO, ALSO MUST KNOW HOW TO WORK SECOND LIFE FEATURES AND HAVE A SOMEWHAT GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME AND YOUR POSITION.
WE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL TRAINING FOR A SMALL FEE, NORMAL RULES AND TRAINING /TOUR IS FREE IF YOUR HIRED.
