Averlast is a big family, we are friendly and a great team. We are looking for people with positive attitude and who likes to have fun. To work for us you must be responsible, ponctual and respectful.

Averlast Judges.

Applicants for this position must be willing and able to take on the responsability of ensuring fair and even contests. Judges are responsible for keeping score on each contestant, by way of adding or subtracting points as the bouts play out. As such, they must take the time to learn fully and know all the rules and policies concerning Averlast Boxing matches. Should a match NOT end by way of KO, the winner is determined as whomever the judges have scored higher. Judges must be completely impartial as to the outcome of a match, and purely concerned with the actions of each contender, in the interests of true sportsmanship.

Additional requirements include: Having spent at least 2 months in SL, have at least a common knowledge of RL boxing, and must not have been previously banned from Averlast or have an extensive ban-record of any kind. Applicants must be english speakers, record points for each boxer in a notecard during the match, and must be able to communicate fight results and talk to the announcer and card girl, as needed, throughout the tournament in IMs. Averlast judges must have a positive attitude, a flawless reputation, reliable, honest and always impartial. Our judges must be free to concentrate during all the fights in a tournament. They also have to be free to work on Fridays from 3:45pm SL until the close of the tournament that day, which is typically 2-3 hours later.

Averlast points system amd rules works as follows:

Lightweight Division - 3 KO limit, 3 Round limit
Middleweight Division- 3 KO limit, 4 Round limit
Heavyweight Division - 3 KO limit, 5 Round limit

Should a character crash mid fight, the round is stopped as if the round ended. If the fighter isn't back in one (1) rounds worth of time, he loses the match by way of TKO.

3pts for attacker that hits opponent out of the ring, OUTSIDE the ropes.
2pts for victim thats hit up above the top rope, when they land back in the ring INSIDE the ropes.
1pt for attacker that hits in the ring (pushes) that send the opponent away quickly.

KO limits are for the entire match, not per round.

Tasks:
