*might* sound interresting

but besides paying you, what are the benefits, incomes, average time in daily handling of business in world, etc etc?

Hello, thank you for your interest.

We are a corporation that has just recently got our footings in SL. We are looking for someone who we can add to our four person (once all positions are filled) management team. What we do is purchase land and then use that land, to hold condos. We then rent out those condo spaces and make a profit off of that. Each business partner would recieve a cut (divided equally) from the monthly earnings. So really it all depends on how many people we have renting condos. The more land we have the more room there is for rent.

As for time spent in "daily Handling", it really depends on what we plan on doing in any given day or week. As of right now we are working on aquiring land. Once land is purchased and the condos are placed we need to get those condos rented out. From my understanding after talking with the other partners we may are just working on getting land and promoting it as of right now. We would like to add someone to this four person management team as someone can help out company grow. More things that need to be completed will come with time.

I hope that I have answered your questions as you would see fit.

If you are still interested please contact me or David through the contact information provided in the first post. Thank you for your interest in D enterprises. We hope to see you soon.

Does everyone who participates pay the fees? I see you applied a few threads down for half partner. Will all those benefits still apply to the new person you both hire?

Just curious mainly. I deal in rental land of my own and keep 100% of my profits from that, including land sales. But I was just wondering if the benefits listed a few threads below applies to this position as well.

Thanks! :-)

Grayson,

As I mentioned to you yesterday, you should attempt to generate your own transactions and successes before finding a fourth partner. It's hard to sell someone a partnership with no business history or promise of ownership.

How you had explained it to me yesterday; is you want multiple (3-4+) partners all paying micro-investments to make this successful. And, subsequently your profit margin (if you have any after land fees, and the works), will be split into quarters just for the partners. And this is just for the four partners, without taking into consideration company capital or growth development capital.

No offence, but as I tried to show you yesterday (even though you and David continually thought I was out of my mind), you are setting yourself up for long-term instability. No one is going to pay $50 USD/month ($600/year) into something that may turn them $16 USD/month if they're lucky. Please, some friendly advice for ANY business venture, is to develop a thought out, editted, and analyzed business plan. SL business is no different than RL business in that respect.

Once you have a business plan, you will get better "partners" and you will have increased startup capital.

Tell me, would you start an RL business for $50/month? Go set up your lemonade stand now, if thats the case.

Again, I don't know why you and David were taking so much offence to my suggestions last night, but I would highly suggest doing your homework before diving into this kind of business.

Cheers, and you can always IM me if you need some assistance.

Regards,

I would like to thank everyone that applied to this thread. We are currently working on ways of furthering our business. We are no longer in need of a fourth partner at this time. Thanks again and sorry for any trouble.

Richarde, thanks for your comments. I would have appreciated it if you didn't post here on the forum in this topic but what are you going to do. If you would like to talk to me as directly as possible. Then please send me an email to Bow_Zinger@comcast.net. I would be very happy if you send me an email instead of disrupting this post. And please do not post a response. This goes for everyone. I would like to concider this post locked but since I can't lock a thread I just will not be responding to it. Sorry to everyone who has asked questions. But the position is no longer open at this time.

Again Richarde if you have any questions or concerns please send me an email at the address above.
