For our client we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Job Description: manage google callendar, assist in daily client interactions, handle client inquiries for general information, create documents, contracts, invoices, proposals, informational notecards, research as requested.
Job Requirements: customer service skills, sales skills, organizational skills, outgoing personality, (gmail account (and familiarity with it) excel and word experience appreciated althought not necessary. Minimum of 3 months sl age.
