Our goal is to publish 100 reviews in the next 30 days.
I'm not real good with math, but my calculator tells me that
100 reviews X 500L per review = 50,000L payout!

That's IF you publish the reviews done by those out there, and even then, you have hundreds of people throwing things in. Lets see...a review takes approximately 30 minutes for an ok one, and up to an hour for a decent, professional one. 500L per, and thats on a "maybe".

I sent a review some days ago and yesterday/today (while I was sleeping in RL) I was paid. If your review is well written I suppose they will pay. And as long as I know Lizard, he's a man who when says he will do something, he does. Anyway... the less revieweres, the more places for me to write about  Hehehe. j/k Seriously, I think it's a really great opportunity to make some lindens. And ty, Lizard, for this oportunity

Yes, you are 100% correct - it doesn't do any of us any good for you to submit poor reviews that would have a "high chance of no payment." We are building a destination website, and as such we want to add quality content to our site. How long it takes to write a review is entirely up to you. Last week we received 5 reviews, published 3, and paid out 1500L. I'd say the odds are good for anyone who wants to give this a shot. Lizard Howl PS - yw Jocgart - send in another! =D |

Hi Eric What we are trying to do at SecondLifeReview.info is to make a place where people can go so they can find out which places in Second Life are worth going to and which are not. Which are wastes of time and possibly even places people should beware of. Its a personal mission for me because of all the countless hours I have wasted going from shop to shop and finding so many just a waste of time. Of course we are just two people Lizard and I and could never write all the reviews ourselves so we thought we would let everyone pitch in and even give out a small token of appreciation. Yes we do have to do some quality control and operate within a budget but right now we are in real need of reviews and are by no means flooded with them. We have made a decision to shell out 50,000L and we are offering people to have a chance at some of it. We are even willing to help people out if their first submission isn't quite what we want. That said I notice by your words you like to help the SL community by pointing out what you pointed out in your post. You are already doing a little reviewing of your own it seems. why not submit a few to us and pick up a few lindens for your troubles? Hope to hear from you soon! |
