Skilled Architectural Builder/Texturer Wanted!

Hi I am opening up a shopping center for my new store [GaMa], and I need someone who is skilled in architectural building. I have 10,240 sqm and plenty of prim space. There will no No comission though, and I know this will lose most of everyone's attention but you must understand that I cannot pay for a builder right now, once my shop is up and running that is a different story. For now all I can offer is a small space in the sim next to my land, and a free rental space once [GaMa] opens. Please anyone willing to do this for free send me an IM.


The sim must look like downtown New York/Chicago, except with a run-down, abandon feel to it. I will provide all further information needed, just drop an IM.

for what you want.. your not going to get much of a response or a very good work output.. you really need to offer somthing of equal value.. promises in SL just arnt good enough. If you were to offer them say land to build on for 6 months.. or somthing of equal value.. or some type of partnership they might do it. But your basically asking sombody to spend at the minimum of a week building a custom mall/shop for you.. including custom textures on a promise. I dont know any "Skilled" builders who would take such a job. But good luck.

I will offer a partnership. Anything really, and I can give them a small amount of land to use for their own along with a free rental space in the shop. Once the shop is up and running I can pay them along with giving them the land and rental spot. There really isn't much else I can do now.
