Very Experienced Scripter/ Client Expert Required

Fee will be hundereds of dollars IF the person is able to create what we need.
I am unable to give details in public for protection reasons but will explain in full to anyone who has a lot of exp of SL's client how it works, its weaknesses , flaws, possibilites, potential etc
Scripting exp would also be required and we imagine the person who would be able to pull this together ( if possible ) would need an immense amount of knowledge of the above.
