Cove Islands is seeking a motivated sales representative to join a friendly and efficient team. We deal in private estate land sales. For more information about Cove Islands please see www.coveislands.com

The role will involve selling parcels of residential, commerce and commercial land to avatars. You will receive full training and support and Cove Islands advertises consistently, which will assist in finding you contacts to sell to. Your task will be to answer questions potential buyers may have and to show/tell people looking for parcels why Cove Islands is a good choice.

In exchange, you will receive 25% commission on EVERY single sale you make. As all our parcels are L$ 3/sqm, this means you will make L$ 1536 for selling a 2048sqm, L$ 3072 for selling a 4096sqm parcel and so on. Commercial and commerce parcels are 576sqm and upwards and residential parcels are 2048sqm and upwards. We will not cap your commissions. Your working hours are your choice and what you earn depends entirely on your sales skills and time you wish to put into the position.

You will not be expected to provide any after sales support, as we have a team of Customer Service Representatives who deal with this.

Proving yourself a hard working person with enthusiasm and ability within Cove Islands promises you a long term position if so desired and as we are constantly expanding, new roles are opening up all the time.
