I would like invite everyone to the first ever SL Buddy Walk
and a day of some fabulous fun and great music!

On Oct 25 we are having the first ever Buddy Walk in SL. In 2007 there were 270 Buddy Walks in the US and this will be the first virtual walk. The purpose of the Buddy Walk is to bring awareness and funds for Down syndrome. The SL Buddy Walk is done in conjunction with the NDSS (National Down Syndrome Society)

and possibly more!
All donations collected from this event will be given directly to NDSS. They will be used for supporting the National Down Syndrome Society's education, research and advocacy efforts on behalf of the more than 400,000 individuals with Down syndrome in the United States.
We will gather at Public Work island and celebrate Down syndrome. There will be live musicians, DJs and giveaways. We hope to see everyone there!!
