Hello artists!
We will be running the Inspiration Cove Art Festival from Saturday July 5th through Thursday July 10th. If you would like to participate, please drop a notecard to Kat Claxton with your name and a brief description of your work. Also include any special considerations you would like for your display. Please feel free to come by and have a look at Inspiration Cove any time.

Here is a list of guidelines for presenting at our island. We think you will find them rather flexible:
- You must be a member of the group to rez your artwork.
- You bring your own signs, info givers, landmark givers, etc. - as long as you are not running scripts that contribute to lag or using excessive particles, you can advertise in your booth in any way you see fit.
- Nudity is permitted; adult content (art of a sexual nature) is not allowed.
- The booths will be group shared. You are welcome to change the color and texture, but please do not change the size or placement. If you need the booth modified, contact Kat Claxton or AnnGee Li to discuss it and we will attempt to accomodate you as long as it doesn't interfere with the other displays.
- You will have a space roughly 10m wide by 7m tall and 4m deep to work with. If you need a little more it may be possible depending upon space available - just contact Kat Claxton or AnnGee Li to discuss it.
- There is a prim limitation of 100, but if you need to go slightly over contact Kat Claxton or AnnGee Li to discuss it.
- Setup begins Wednesday July 3rd.
- We will place the first event listing for the morning (SL time) of Saturday July 5th. We will continue to list the Art Festival event through the week.
- The Art Festival officially ends the night (SL time) of Thursday July 10th. Friday morning any remaining artwork will be returned to the owner.
- You are encouraged to advertise and post your own event listings as well.
- We will be booking live music acts over the weekend, so there will be a good amount of traffic moving through the courtyard. We will send a performance schedule notice as soon as we have the schedule finalized.
