Looking for Camera Crew of two or more (2+), who would be interested to offer their skills and time at the world wide event held for the first time in Second Life:

Yuri's Night, also known as the Space Party, has been happening every year
on the 12th of April, since 2001. It is a celebration of the first human to go into space, a trip made by Yuri Gagarin back in 1961 in a bell-shaped capsule called “Vostok 1.”

Yuri's Night website: http://www.yurisnight.net/2007

The Yuri’s Night in Second Life celebration event
will begin on Thursday April 12th. The party will be a 24 hour event to cover all time zones, helping people who can not attend a real life party be part of a global experience.

The program:
- Musicals (schedules and names are made)
- Fashion show, representing new ideas for Space Fashion (clothing worn in space)
- Space art
- Streams in-world from real life events of Yuri's Night
- Party to celebrate first man in space and first USA shuttle launched in 1981
- The event is held over 4 sims; Spaceport Alpha (ISM), Spaceport Bravo, Nanotechnology, and Science School. That main entrance is:

Yuri's Night, Spaceport Bravo (23, 206, 265)

Yuri’s Night in Second Life would like to establish a camera crew, volunteers that would team up and help record the program of events at the first ever Yuri’s Night Second Life party.

This is an opportunity for everyone interested to use your creative judgment and record Second Life history! The creation of photos and video relating to the events can be Entertainment or Commercial.

Make them website friendly to show off to people that had no chance to join and experience what Second Life has for us. It would be beneficial to have experience in capturing, particles, close ups of party people, and managing in lag. However, this opportunity is open to anyone interested!

Please have in mind that the program is strictly voluntary, including everyone involved from musicians, to fashion representatives, and planning staff.

Please IM in-world Camben Mitchell (program manager) or email at Camden@yurisnight.net. Or, Oliva Delvecchio (program support)

Thank You!
