Henry James House has opened a new exhibit, “The Engine of Life,” in conjunction with the fifth anniversary of Second Life June 23. Using text and illustrations a series of panels addresses how creative individuals throughout history have attempted to infuse their constructive materials with aesthetic energy. Quoted individuals include Eugène Delacroix, W.H. Auden, Jean Cocteau, Dylan Thomas, D.H. Lawrence and Wassily Kandinsky.
