In the last year, we've seen our favourite VW spike, crash, and jack up prices on its products wildly by huge amounts and pit some customers against others with favouritism schemes. We've seen OS reverse-engineer grids appear and develop wild problems with IP protection and content access. Many people using VWs spend a lot of time mad at their operators. We've seen the online giant make a VW and close it abruptly without any compensation. Should VWs be regulated to make them better? Or is it premature? By whom? How? For what?
