Dear Second Life Business Owner,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Godiva Rugani and I'm co-owner of Chocolate Entertainment Incorporated. The cataclysmic earthquakes hitting Haiti has definitely sent shockwaves as images are flooding from the country and of it's people in need. Chocolate Entertainment Inc. is looking to help those in need.
We are hosting an event on February 5, 2010 from 7pm 10pm SLT. We have decided to use this event to also raise funds to send to The American Red Cross to assist the people of Haiti.
We are looking for interested SL companies and individuals whom would wish to co-sponsor this event by making donations for the event itself or donations to be tabulated into the final donation.
Those willing to co-sponsor the event would be advertised along with Chocolate Entertainment Inc., it's subsidaries, and other event co-sponsors PRIOR to the February 5th event and during the event.
Donations in giftcards, clothing, and other SL game items would be placed together for a "package."
FURTHERMORE, we are challenging ALL SECOND LIFE BUSINESS OWNERS to donate $1000L to any current (and reliable) charity to send funds to help the Haitian people.
