Based around the Roman Empire of 400 AD, Era of Gods (EOG) is an exciting and fresh Roman-style live action role playing game (LARP) built within Second Life, consisting of Rome, Germania, and Carthage.
EOG is an open form RPG world where you can freely develop and play your character. Within this vast and rapidly expanding place, you can do or become just about anything you can imagine. The dynamic roleplay is primarily driven by the creative players with occasional storylines run by the admin.
Once you enter EOG, you can explore, harvest, buy and sell using an actual trade system with real merchandise, fight, heal or just watch the game evolve around you. You may choose to become a basic military unit of the ancient Roman army or maybe join a barbarian community where you wait for some poor trader to pass by with their backpack laden with goods and then attack!
The fighting is epic! The RP is dynamic!
