Community naming contest

Hello everyone. As you know, I've been primarily developing sims as "zoned mainland". I haven't focussed much on community development except for my new sim Renaissance.

I am now going to focus much more on community development. My only problem is, I'm not exceptionally good at coming up with community ideas.

Hence, the contest: If you give me a marketable community idea (fleshed out completely on a notecard or email to me at [email]steve@ecstasyrealty.com[/email]) and the sim rents out 90% within 90 days, I will give you 10,000 lindens (roughly $37.17 USD or 25.47 euros, depending on exchange rates and the Lindex). You have my solemn vow here that I will not use your idea whatsoever if you are not selected.

You have ample time to do this, since I'm still selling out my excess capacity. Once my excess capacity is drawn down to my preference, I will buy a new sim and I will select the idea that seems "most marketable". The emphasis is on the word marketable. Sorry but I have to pay LL, so money trumps idealism here.
