Well I really really really REALLY want to get my sim Nerdagara Falls more active and filled up. As You may or may not know a while back I offered 1 free month rent to anyone who needed an apartment. Now I will extend that offer to any open unrented spot in the sim. Most spots consist of combo buildings that are shops on the bottom and apartments above, along with a few just shops or just apartments. There are a few guidelines. You must keep the space well kept and classy to fit into the sim (no junk business in a box yardsales ect), You must join a group for object placement, and you must read, understand, and agree to the sim rules (see the in about land) covenant. After the free period if you no longer wish to remain you lose nothing, but your items will be returned. Check out Nerdagara Falls, Just search my name Sarah Nerd, its easy to find. Take a look and if you think You would fit in well at the sim and would like to give it a try give me or Bella Wilberg an im.
