As featured in Prim Perfect magazine in September 2008, Silent's Folly Estates is a fantasy recreation of historical South Carolina Lowcountry, reflecting all the best of the South with none of its worst. This Estate is filled with many treasures to explore, an active community of residents and consists of the following regions: Wando, Cooper River, Hampton Island, Beresford Creek, Etiwan Park, Folly Island and Stono River. Ever want to sneak a peek at other people's homes but were too shy to ask? Now is your opportunity as we stroll, sail & swim through the neighbourhood as we show off our homes and gardens. There are also a number of beautiful homes to rent with many value added amenities in this peaceful and friendly community. Have a sneak peak!
