L$100,000 to winner of Most Beautiful Skyscraper Contest !

Yes, that is not a typographical error, the prize for winning is L$100,000 or about $371.75 USD or 253 Euros. The contest would be held on Ecstasy City, and each participant would have 2048 square meters (936 prims because of double prims) to build their skyscraper upon. I would be the judge of the contest. The most beautiful skyscraper, in my opinion, would receive the L$100,000. 2nd place gets L$50,000 and 3rd place gets L$25,000.

The contest will be held in 14 calendar days, on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at 10 AM server time, on Ecstasy City. The number of participants will be limited to the number of available 2048 square meter parcels.

on edit: 3 men and 1 woman have registered so far. I'd love to see a 50-50 mix of men and women in this. I want to try to do judging on the 27th, so please make up your minds soon. No fees involved of course. You have to register with me and then claim a parcel. Only 10 parcels not claimed but they will go very fast I promise you.

update as of 3:49 AM server time on 1-16-2008: there are still parcels left. Please register with me and claim a parcel by putting down a prim sign upon it. Actually, put down the prim sign first and then email me telling me the exact coordinates of the parcel you claimed. Thanks.

as of 12:08 server time on 1-17-08, there are 5 parcels left to build upon. They are all indicated by giant white cubes with a sign on it. To claim a parcel, either buy the cube for zero lindens and remove it, or put your own sign on top of it and I will remove mine ASAP. I am still trying to do the judging on 1-27-08 at 10 AM server time. Buildings can be purely decorative or functional, your choice. No particular architectural style is mandated, but the overall build must be beautiful. Good luck to you
