The Doctor Who Experience & Cardiff is 2 sims, Katrina and Skaro, with a massive Doctor Who theme based around the rift in Cardiff Bay. As you can see its already been altered slightly to reflect the eventsof the latest episode.
The region has various builds either finished or part complete including a full reconstruction of Torchwood directly underneath the bay, a scale reconstruction of Gallifrey, the bay area itself (with public build on) in Skaro so people can fish and boat and many other features like the public TARDIS park free to use for anyone with a NovaTech, HoO or Snook TARDIS.
The Millenium Center (big brown building on the left) is one of the largest sci-fi based malls in Second Life where you can buy almost anything to do with Doctor Who (Novatech, Snook Industries and Hands of Omega TARDIS), avatars and other sci-fi based items from major sellers in SL.
