I Grew up on the Beatles, and after I Heard their song "I Want to Hold Your Hand", I was hooked on not only them ,but a true passion to play guitar. Only one bad thing, I was left handed and all my Dad could afford was a right handed guitar for me.
I got my first guitar at 12 and dabbled with it a bit. It wasn't until my younger brother bought his first Les Paul that I picked it back up again and was serious about learning,
My brother, cousin and I formed a band that lasted 8 years. We played every dive there was in Baton Rouge, but we gained a reputation as that band that would rock you till you drop.
When the ZZ Top album Deguello came out, it changed my whole perspective on music and I started leaning towards not only blues, but blues rock and Texas Swing Music.
My Influences are The Beatles, Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top and Pink Floyd just to name a few. Second Life brings a whole new meaning to "gigging" and I hope you come rock with me.
