To LIW - Little Italy in the World the registrations were opened to beauty contest "Miss LIW." To participate at the contest will have to join the group "* Miss & Mister LIW *" and pay L$ 10 a subscription, send to Silvia Asp a brief curriculum that speak of their speak of your SL with attached a photo (the photo should be full permission because it will be distributed and displayed to the jury in the land) of the same candidate.
The competition will be divided into 2 parts, an evening will be held on 16 October 2008 at 00.30 pm SL time and the final evening will be held on 19 October 2008 at 00h30 pm SL time.
AWARDS FOR THE CANDIDATE WHO classified under 4 POSTS FIRST:
- 1st PRIZE 1000 L$ participation as model in a fashion show to be held in November 2008
- 2nd PRIZE 500 L$ participation as model in a fashion show to be held in November 2008
- 3rd PRIZE 250 L$ participation as model in a fashion show to be held in November 2008
- 4th PRIZE participation as model in a fashion show to be held in November 2008
The registrations were opened to beauty contest to only women from Sunday 21 September 2008 and will close to Sunday 12 October 2008 at 3.00 pm SL time.
The candidate, once registered, will participate in an evening screening to be held Thursday 16 October 2008 at 00h30 pm SL time.
This will decide the 15 candidates for the evening's final to be held Sunday 19 October 2008.
Will be judged especially the beauty of the avatar, the candidate also prepare a short presentation of herself, describing her experience in SecondLife (excluding information about RealLife).
The parade includes: a gown short or long, casual dress and a bikini, the clothes will be provided by the staff of LIW and sponsors.
It's strictly forbidden to change skin, shape and hair for the duration of the event, will be taken in consideration only the skin, the shape and hair showed in the photos of the competition that the candidate sent us. In the case of cosmetic changes without notice (skin, hair, shape) the candidate will be disqualified from the contest.
In preparation of the event, will be made 2 general test:
- Wednesday 15 October 2008 all '1:15 a.m. pm SL time
- Friday 17 October 2008 all '1:15 a.m. pm SL time
Don't forget that people who do not participate in the test and will have not justified the absence in advance will come disqualified from the competition.
During the evenings of 16 and 19 October 2008 there will be a jury composed of some important deisigners as Clio Cardiff by Clio - pret a porter - Amutey DeCuir by *Bliss Couture*, Jupi Noel by J Style (This guests will be present as jury if only there will not be unforeseen in RL, otherwise there will be of the others) moreover there will be 6 members of the public jury that will be drawn after they having sent a notecard with a request to participate as jury at the beauty contest to Silvia Asp or to Tenrip Bates.
The evening will be presented by LucasBaryl Ansar.

Glasses of Champagne will be offered at the end of the evenings during the party in the disco of LIW "Il Divano Club".
