This is a slum themed dark city for where the thunder, rain and lightning never stop for horror and halloween Role playing.
There are 2 layers of sewer tunnels underneath the city streets.

Regardless of race, age or size as long as an adult is at the controls.
Avatars that appear as children may not engage in sexual or violent RP.
There are several rooms and dead ends for playing in and most are available to rent (cheap) if you want to move in as a full time citizen. Tenants will be supplied with name locking doors if they wish but no ban lines or security systems are allowed here.
Mall spaces, apartments and stores are available for rent on the street level and may be used for any purpose that fits the theme.
Any unrented unit or open door is free for RP use!
