SIM NAME: TRANSMONTANUS (Latin for “Beyond The Mountains”)
Kingdom Of: Eternus Vita (Latin For “Eternal Life”)

FREE LAND, HONERABLE TITLE & SEAT ON THE RULING COUNCIL
In The New Kingdom Of Eternus Vita (Eternal Life)
(A New Medieval / Fantasy RPG)

Queen Lisamarie Wasp, founder of this new kingdom, in an effort to bring the new land alive, is offering FREE LAND to those who wish to serve on the Governing Body of the new Kingdom! That’s right, FREE LAND with no upfront purchase price, you simply pay the Kingdom Tax (Tier) weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The benefits along with the amount of land and prims you get for that tax will be hard to beat anywhere in SL!

COUNTIES GIVEN TO DUKES/DUCHESSES: (10,500 Sqm – 2,500 Prims)

The new lands will be divided into 6 counties, two of which are combined to form one county making up The Royal Grounds. The remaining 4 counties will be GIVEN, Not Sold, to people willing to serve on the Nocturnal Council, oversee the counties, uphold law and remain true to theme. These people will be given the honorable title of Dukes and Duchesses and be part of the democratic governing body of the Kingdom! You MUST be an active player in the Kingdom!

Each County Parcel consists of 10,500 sqm and 2,500 Prims for a very modest Kingdom Tax (tier) of $52.00 USD A Month or $13.00 USD A Week >> OR << $13,468 L Mth / $3,367 L Wk)

With this land, you DO AS YOU LIKE (within the theme of the sim)! You can put your homestead only on it all alone, or create a small village and rent homes and/or room to recoup your money or even profit! (NO CLUBS OR MERCHANT MARKETS). Each Duke/Duchess is granted 1 Vote on the Governing Council as well as 1 Full Share in Kingdom Profit Sharing! (Where else does this happen??!!)

The new sim is in the works and launching within 10 days. 2 of the 4 spots are already taken! Ifr you feel you can handle the honorable duty if being a Duke or Duchess and running a county of your own in this blossoming new Kingdom, contact the Queen immediately to claim your position.

**NOTE: A Notecard or E-Mail that includes your RPG Experience and why you’d like this position would be a plus, but not required.

OTHER CHARACTORS SOUGHT: Lourdes, Knights, Squires, Village Folk, Blacksmoth, Baker, Stable help, Soldiers, Mercinaries, and more! Many Races and Classes Accepted!

GENERAL PLAY IS ALWAYS FREE After a 1 Time $100 Linden Registration Fee (This helps support the realm and helps to avoid the hap-hazard joiners!) Stay on for 3 Months and get the option to be reimbirsed or donate your Registration Fee.

Answer To Your Question

Because I'm not selling or renting the land like everyone else does, hence FREE! Duh!But, you do pay LL tier, Not to me, LL gets it...... In fact, I'm paying more out of my pocket to insure the tier on the free land is cheaper.... So I am buying the sim, not charging for the land, you just pay the Linden God Tax for owning the land..... Seems pretty simple and clearly stated to me.

NOTHING in SL is 100% Free..... But if you don't have to PAY to get the land, that is FREE.

Some people could screw up a free lunch or find a reason to complain about a wonderful day.......

Use your head.....

Like LisaMarie said, NO land in SL is free. You will always have to pay tier in one form or another weather it be to LL or to a land owner, regardless of if you rent or buy the land. Someone has to keep the SL servers up and running and that is how it's done. If someone offered you 50 acres of land for free...no cost to buy it...you would still have to pay the land taxes...same thing. So the land IS free...you just have to pay LL to maintain it. *stepping off my soapbox now*
