Just in time for Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, the U.S. Military Veterans and U.S. Navy Vet groups celebrate the Grand Opening of the U.S. Military Veterans Center Fri 12/07/07 through Sun 12/09/07.

Multimedia features for Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day include:
~Actual film footage of the Pearl Harbor attack from the American and Japanese military archives
~Recollections of eye-witnesses to the attack
~numerous web links to geographical and historical sites specializing in the Pearl Harbor Attack.
The Center also provides a wealth of resources for veterans, active duty service members, and their families. In addition, two national veterans service organizations have representation at the Center.
Open to the general public, the center also features an Information Center, a Memorial Garden, a 27-seat ampitheater/stage, shops, and a Recreation Center with some free rec equipment.
