Hey,
I'm a student at Lancaster university working on a project focusing on social anxiety and Second Life. As a sufferer of anxiety, I'm exploring the possibility of Second Life acting as a testing ground for Real Life social interaction.
It would be extremely helpful if I could get some responses to a survey I have written, you don't have to be socially anxious to take the survey. I can personally assure you that all results are completely anonymous.
I am fully aware that the circumstances in which I have approached you is less than ideal and I hope this request does not offend you. If you are offended then I can only offer my heartfelt apologies. I would really appreciate any help at all.
