City of Bingtopia is proud to present our very first photo contest !!! The theme is "Blue, as you like". This theme allows you to get creative with it .... a simple Blue Dress, or a Nawty Blue Nightie ... A Bold Blue background ... or Blue as in the emotion. Blue is the theme, but take it as you wish .....

3. An all expenses paid Photoshoot with Eli Tauber (photographer) ... This will include 5 highly detailed photo shopped pictures with or without text, and a portfolio. (All Full Perm).
