"A New Man" is a gridwide hunt with a twist, in order to take part participants need to BUY something, the more things they buy, the more prizes they can win.
The hunt will be run using the new system by Miro Collas called "Take your Pick". Animations Rising will also act as the central location for this hunt, where the prizes will be redeemed.
Basically, each participating store will have at least two products involved, one or more that they will sell, the other that will be a prize.
A hud "ticket" will be included with the item(s) they sell, each store will also have a validation device, each ticket must be validated at all participating stores before a prize is redeemed at the end. Only one prize can be redeemed per ticket, so participants are encouraged to buy from more than one store if they wish to claim more than one prize, it's kind of like Buy one, get one Free.
We are looking for quality stores that offer products targetted at Male avatars to take part in this hunt, be it skins, shapes, clothes, accessories, gadgets or animations as long as it's for Men. Interested store owners must commit to providing a high quality prize, something perhaps a little better than you might offer in a normal hunt; people are actually going to spend money for this one. They must also be willing to have at least 1 validation kiosk in their store during the hunt as well as at least one sign advertising the hunt and of course, a HUD ticket included in one of their items for sale.
We're hoping to run this hunt throughout February 2010 so we need to act fast. Applications will be accepted up to midnight SLT January 10th 2010. Accepted stores will be notified by end of January 12th.

There will be a maximum of 25 stores taking part, this is a limit of the system. If more than 25 stores apply before January 10th then we will have to make selections to ensure we provide as wide a variety of prizes as possible.
