International Figure Skating Competition in Pairs in SL
The sponsors and organizers of the contest are the Second Kiev Adminitstration and FaiRodis Jewelry.
Participants: 15 couples
Awards :
I prize - 15 000 L$
II prize - 10 000 L$
III prize - 5 000 L$
Participation fee : 1000L$ paid by each participant.
Money paid by the participants is not reimbursed and is paid into the prize fund.
In order to register onself in the contest one is to send the couple’s names to (iankas@secondkyiv.com). Partisipation fee is to be transmitted to Ian Kas in-world.
The show is performed by using the paired animated balls for professional ice-skating in SL. After being registered participants receive the direction.

Requirements:
1. Skates and a suit for figure skating are a must-have.
2а. Each couple is responsible for choosing music for their performance. The musical piece is to be sent to the organizers (iankas@secondkyiv.com) at 2 days before the competition. If the musical piece is not sent, organizers have a right to choose music according to their discretion.
2b. The musical piece must be no longer than 3 minutes.
3. All the couples participating in the competition take part in a photo-contest “The most beautiful sport couple”.
Each couple must send their picture to the organizers
The winners of this contest take the special prize.

Skating rules:
1. Each performance must continue not longer then 3 minutes.
2. It is prohibited to touch the fence while performing.
3. It is prohibited to leave the skating-ring while performing.
4. The performance must be finished in the start point.
5. The lighting effects and sound gestures are prohibited.
6. Dancing and trick gestures as well as animated gestures without sounds are allowed.
The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

Organizers provide the Second Life skating rink for training to all the participants any time before the contest 24 hours a day.
The participants are responsible for self scheduling the time of the trainings and must to decide the shedule between pairs themselfs.

Organizers can change the contest rules during all the registration period. Participants will be informed of all the changes.
Attention! Organizers are not responsible for any technical defects and the consequences.
In case of force majeur the contest date will be postponed.
