Oh, what is a JIRA you ask? Well it's at jira.secondlife.com and it's a kind of mangle of the old Feature Voting Tool, and is a mash of bug hunting and feature proposals. Many find it daunting and frustrating. Let's figure out how to simply it and cut through the throngs of robots to focus on what is important.
