What makes Fashion Showdown the HOTTEST show this year?
The fact that it's not just a fashion show, it s a SHOWDOWN!! Meaning that designers will have received the same set of textures and will be competing for the title of BEST DESIGNER!!!
All participants will get the same exact set of textures and be presented with the challenge to design using ONLY the textures provided to them. The designers will have complete freedom to design how or what they would like. A panel of judges from the fashion industry would judge the outfits based on quality, creativity and use of textures to determine 3 winners who have the best design. We would feature the winners in the newsmedia and also offer them prize packs including Lindens and Texture Packs so they can continue to develop beautiful clothes. Furthermore the designers will be provided with space to sell their items for 2 weeks (until Novemeber 30th) at the Fashion Showdown Shop which will be developed just for the duration of the event. Additionally we are looking at broadcasting the event over a live stream and posting the resulting video on the web.
First prize is currently 6000L, 2500L Giftcard from FABU! and 2500L texture pack from GRW Designs....and the prize pack is increasing every day!!!
