Say, is it impossible to have resident governance in SL? 4,400 votes on the JIRA doesn't mean anything; watch out, or you could be banned for reopening it. Don't complain too much in Concierge -- it will be frozen. There's bans from the forums, the blogs, and temp lock-outs from the grid. All of this under threat of losing your land and inventory with a permaban if you continue to protest.
