It is fall at Huebner Oaks and we all want to invite you down for some fun celebrating the season. We still have parcels available on our beautifully landscaped sim. If you have not visited Huebner Oaks before this is a great time for you to come, bring your self, your partner and your family and explore the land. Have fun with our spooky cabin, scary graveyard or cornstalk maze while you also choose your next home.
Until Halloween we are having trick or treating throughout the sim. If you see one of our residents here (only the adults please) at Huebner Oaks and say "trick or treat" they will give you a treat, vouchers for money off the purchase of land at Huebner Oaks.
You can also IM Mitch Shelman or Lilliana Roux and say tick or treat and receive the voucher. Once you have chosen the parcel you want, we will change the sales price to refelct your discount. These offers are only til Halloween.
