Started building in an open sim Friday evening. This sim will cater mostly to the BDSM Community. Started with a sim-long boardwalk. Then added rideable pipline waves and foam waves. Free surfboards on the beach for everyone.
I added a larger version of my Erotic Restaurant A Q U A. You eat off of the human platters here. Very strong water theme through-out. Behind the restaurant is a mountain area that has horse riding trails - waterfalls, bridge and lagoon.
Boating around the entire island is possible (we tested it with our 18-seater yacht). I am still building the nude beach area - but swimming is possible.
