I created a new japanese themed place with Shop area, Dojo and a Stage for Maiko/Geisha performances and any other kind of artistic events. The land is located next to a japanese Neko sim.
Shops will be available for rent soon. I bought the land two days ago so is too soon for rent. But if you are interested IM me.
I recommend the Dojo because it's located at 500 meters height and there is no lag there, so everyone is invited to spar.
