Step Two: Said SC Newbie must write a short essay in THE THREAD AT http://forums.secondcitizen.com/showthread.php?t=14489 on why he or she is MOST deserving of free rent for a 2048 square meter parcel for a year, in one of my sims. On this parcel, you can either simply live there or operate a business in the appropriate sim. The essay can be totally non-serious, sarcastic or even dead serious. It can be one sentence or *shudder* several paragraphs. It can disclose zero "private information" or you can bare your soul to SC, your choice. PLEASE DO NOT POST AN ESSAY HERE !
Step Three: Newb must not get mad at SC or me if he or she does not win. That's reality.
Step Four: After 30 days (on July 17, 2007), registration closes.
Step Five: For 14 days, the members of SC will vote on the most deserving newb applicant. On August 1, 2007, voting closes. On August 1st, the Second Citizen newbie winner is chosen.
Step Six: The newb with the most votes receives 365 free days of rent from me, in one of my sims. That's it. No tricks, no gimmicks, no BS. All I ask is that you observe the Land Covenants where you get your free rent. At the end of the free year of rent, you can either 1) leave and take your prims or 2) stay and pay the market price for rent. You get free rent, I get good karma, maybe.
