What we need from you:
We need you to help us pay our rent. Your share of this would naturally fall as the number of Investors rises.
What do you get?
(a) A small portion of our sim to erect a building that your organization can call home;
(b) Full access to our half sim, which includes landscaped grounds, fishing, shopping, other orgs, etc.
(c) Free Advertising of your activities in the Community Center,
(d) Friendly neighbors who will patronize you and raise your search ratings,
Use of our club, the Abbey of Sound, for events you may wish to hold for your organization,(f) Free use of a large Market Stall to sell any wares associated with your Organization.
(g) A percentage from all rental boxes and the club sploder.
You can also participate in organizing events for the entire Community.
Our Community is rustic/Celtic Mythology/natural in character. We encourage Investors who might fall into one of these categories: Artist, Performer, Religious, RP-based, Furry, Creators, Game-based (such as Bloodlines and other SL RP games), mythological, fantasy, just plain People-Based, Adult-oriented groups. It really doesn't matter to us as long as it fits into the general landscaping, and meshes well with what we already have.
Our sim is Adult, which means no censorship outside of a little common sense
