I have just placed beautiful, large, beach homes on a hill and a pier. The larger house overlooks the ocean and the other large house (somewhat smaller) is set on a beautiful stone pier at waters edge with waves rolling in. There is beach and palms in between the two house. The 3rd house is on a hill overlooking the bay in front.
You may ask me to remove the house and/or any of the objects on the land you do not wish to have there. I will allow you to place your own house. You may also purchase additional prims at 2.5L per prim.
EACH HOUSE HAS PRIVACY WINDOWS AND DOORS...LOCKABLE OF COURSE.
This is a low lag mainland beach sim.
