Etopia Prime Shops are now available. There are three levels of commercial space which can be rented for office or retail. The smallest are market carts located on the plaza level and at the train platform. Next largest are the spaces on the plaza level. Then the upper and lower train levels are very generously sized for multiple uses. We are currently taking reservations for these spaces as well as offering free rent through the end of Jan. with at least two weeks paid rent. This will allow you time to move in while we finalize the build and open to the public. These spaces will go quickly so contact jojogirl bailey via im if you are interested in reserving a space.
Etopia Prime is located directly south of Etopia, continues our wind and solar powered transportation system and offers both natural areas, residential and commercial spaces while continuing with the themes of sustainability, education, and community. We are a close knit community with all real traffic and no camping. Commercial space on Etopia Prime is located between apartments on each side which face our beautiful beach.
