Hello. I have three side stores with 75 prim each available for move in. There is no weekly cost but instead I run on a commission system. Any sales made off of my land you give me a cut you feel is good for you. Current market is in sci-fi and gothic. I will include your store name in my classified ad each week. Land is set up to allow direct teleports to your store front. Each of the three stores has a default store in place which you may replace at your option as long as it fits in the footprint. If you choose to replace the store I will not count its prims up to the amount of the default store against your prim limit.
The Land is located on the mainland with linden road running through the plot.
I have a message system in store linked to cell phone so I am available for help all the time except when I'm sleeping.
To get one of these stores send patmamu Sandalwood a note card with the following details.
Your name
what commission rate you are willing to have.
What types of products you will be selling.
How long you would like to keep store open (no limit)
any classified ad keywords you would like to use in the ad.
If you would like a custom store front.
I will review the note cards and select the first three that I think would make a good match for the store. If the note card is not selected I will save it for future openings.
