Phantasmia at Watchman.

Come and see the beautiful coastal community rental village at Phantasmia in the Watchman sim on the mainland.

Watchman opens out on to many water sims including direct boating to the new Linden Sunken/Lost City and Treasure hunt.

This is a mainland sim but there is low lag and are no extortionists or land blight and we aim to keep it that way too!!!
You might be forgiven for thinking it is a private island except it has all the advantages that this part of mainland can offer.

Phantasmia is owned by Gabriele Graves and it is the largest land owner in the Watchman sim, owning just over 3/4 of the sim.

We have 2 rental cottages in the village and a single houseboat mooring nearby left available for rent.

Both cottages stand on 1536sqm of land, one of then is waterside and the other has water access through public land.
The waterside plot is available for L$400/200 prims/week.
The water access plot is available for L$400/250 prims/week.
On neither plot does the cottage count against your rental.

The houseboat plot mooring is 512 sqm in size and is available for L$150/100 prims/week. It has access to all areas of the sim via water including protected water access out of sim.

Residents and visitors enjoy boating access to all areas of the sim, ability to use the Hangout Cafe in the Treehouse, all public areas and all boat rezzers.
Residents also get the ability to rez prims temporarily in any part of the land owned by Phantasmia in Watchman.

All rental boxes allow prepayment and give refunds for unused days at any time. Minimum payment is one week but refunds are given on unused days. This is low risk and allows you to decide how long to stay with us.
