New Shops are 500L, 400L with 75 prims and are 10mx10m and two stories high giving you essentially the same wall space as two 10x10 shops. They are located in Etopia Village - an educational model of a sustainable environment, with natural, commercial and residential areas. The quaint New England style shops are located near the Market Square at the end of the Main Street in the village. The square is host to concerts, weekly dances and the route to our forest and weekly drumming. There is a train stop on our very popular train ride at the market square as well. There are also shops at the main entrance to Etopia Village in the same style.
When you rent on Etopia, you become part of a community. Expect to be greeted by other shop keepers and residents when they see you and ask about your new shop or office. We offer you our support and marketing expertise at no charge to help your business succeed. You can sponsor events, join in our promotions, teach classes with no additional space rental fees...all of which are promoted by us through our large groups and via our calendar as well as the SL events calendar, several forums and our blog.
