I am writing this in behave of a friend/owner of "FAUST" Estate- Foundation Homes.
He is currently wishing to sell this Island with full transfer rights according to SL rules and transfer.
His main goal is to sell also the homes on the land which he built giving "FULL RIGHTS" to the homes.
For a builder this is a great find. His homes are outstanding! The sim itself is awesome with all the homes on them.
