I have two new rentals at a new mainland sim. Both measure 2176 sqm and are located on the beach front with wide views. At each plot you can use 498 prims and the rental price is only L$700 per week to be paid in a no hassle rental system. I can provide you with a free house ( to chose from several like a pretty japanese house, a tiki hut, a luxurious beach house with deck or a two room beach house) or you can of course provide your own house. You have a lot of water and beach to your house and the area is perfect for sailing and exploring.
