Beach houses are parcelled off so you have your own media stream for the radio and TV that comes with the house, or alternativley you can rez you own and get one of the land officers to deed it for you. The houses covers a 20x20 footprint with lockable doors, tintable windows, and a second floor and roof area. All members of the LHC group also get unlimited access to the virtual park above the docks. There is also a working prim counter either inside your house or outside next to the rental box so you can always keep track of your prims easilly
If you have rented contact Heide Lane, Luke Maitland or Victor1st Mornington to be added to the LHC Tennants group so you can rez your furniture.
